Courtesy – Consideration – Commitment are the pillars of my business. I am fully licenced in residential valuations, sales, letting and management and work with clients from all over the world. I am a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers), an accredited Bluebook Valuer under the TEGoVA flag, a member of NAR and is a Certified International Property Specialist. She also has a Batchelor of Science degree
In November 2014, I was presented with the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) Property Promotion Award, for outstanding academic achievement. I am passionate about the real estate market which is constantly evolving and continually look at new ways to manage and market properties to provide my client’s with the best experience possible.
In 2007, I took the plunge to pursue my passion in Property, leaving behind a 20-year career in pharmaceuticals. I worked initially with one of Dublin’s most reputable estate agents, and it was here I built up my knowledge and experience of the industry and the understanding of the absolute necessity of being customer focused. In 2014, I worked with one of Dublin’s leading Estate Agents focusing on the sales and valuation area and completed the IPAV/ITT Course in Auctioneering.
I employ three part time staff. The core business is letting and management. The sales leg of the business has grown substantially.In 2017, I qualified as a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). I am also a member of NAR (the National Association of Realtors) in the U.S.
I look forward to the next decade and to working within a changed industry as we emerge from the Covid-19 Pandemic.
