The award-winning China Sichuan has over the years earned a loyal following and rather than sit on their accolades continue to push the boundaries and serve the best in Sichuan cuisine.
Seasonal produce is always a feature and in this instance, lobster has been given an oriental twist. There are many old favourites for which loyal customers return again and again as well as new dishes for the more adventurous.
Chinese restaurants, in general, do not have a reputation for dessert however once again China Sichuan bucks the trend. In-house pastry chef Karen Smith produces the most amazing desserts and on request beautiful birthday cakes for those celebrating a special occasion.
