Jamie's Italian restaurant, Dundrum are delighted to receive Eco Merit Environmental Certification and the opportunity to participate in the ongoing programme.
An Cathaoirleach, Cllr. Ossian Smyth presented the certificate in Dundrum Town Centre along with Aileen Eglinton, President dlr Chamber of Commerce and Gabby Mallon, CEO dlr Chamber of Commerce.
On receiving the €coMerit Certification, owner Gerry Fitzpatrick said:
“We are delighted to receive this €coMerit Certification, and are looking forward to using the programme to help us meet our environmental and sustainability goals. In undertaking our operations, Jamie’s Italian, at Dundrum Town Centre is very committed to minimising our impact on the environment. We will whenever possible, reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources, minimise waste, conserve water and become more energy efficient in the course of our business.”
