Airfield Estate is a working farm including a restaurant and gardens located in Dundrum Dublin 14
Airfield Estate was the family home of Letitia and Naomi Overend and is now open to the public offering visitors both young and old a wonderful opportunity to experience farming in an urban location.
The estate includes a working farm as well as wonderful gardens, a restaurant, a garden shop and the original house and stables. There is also a collection of vintage cars once owned by the sisters.
Children and adults alike can visit and join in the daily egg collection and milking of cows as well as enjoying a snack or meal in the Overends restaurant. All the food prepared and served in the restaurant is produced on the farm.
Airfield Estate underwent a major redevelopment in recent years and is now at the centre of promoting food and its connection with the land. An extensive choice of courses and workshops take place throughout the year and children are catered for with camps during school holidays.
